Yesterday I was lucky enough to enjoy an early holiday lunch at Morimoto Napa. To say I have a thing for sushi is an understatement, so you can only imagine the amount of planning that went into my order. Iron Chef Morimoto lived up to his fame with dishes that melted in your mouth and had subtle layers of complex flavors.
